Buckhead Crime Blotter: 200 Pairs of Shoes, Nutella Sandwich Spread Stolen

Roundup of recently reported crimes from Buckhead's Zone 2.

The following police reports were filed Aug. 4-10 by Zone 2 of the Atlanta Police Department and submitted to Buckhead Patch. During this period, the zone filed 111 police reports. All information is presumed to be accurate. Buckhead Patch is providing some of the reports filed in this blotter.

Other Larceny, 4400 block of Northside Parkway
8/1/13 at 11 p.m.
Victim said someone stole her Nutella sandwich spread, Go Phone, iPod and Nikon digital camera from the location.

Residential Burglary, 4200 block of Whitestone Place NW
8/7/13 at 10 p.m. to 8/8/13 at 5 p.m.
An unknown suspect forced open the door to the victim's home, then used a pillowcase to take items from the location.

Larceny from Auto, 1100 block of Collier Road
7/31/13 to 8/6/13
An unknown suspect stole the victim's catalytic converter from the vehicle while the vehicle was parked at the location.

Residential Burglary, 1100 block of Liberty Parkway NW
8/9/13 at 8:30 p.m.
The suspect kicked in the rear door, entered the residence and stole 200 pairs of shoes, an iPad and two watches. No arrests have been made at this time.

Auto Theft, Frank Ski's Restaurant at 2110 Peachtree Road NE
8/6/13 at 9:20-10:38 p.m.
Victim had valet park his car and when he was ready to leave the location, the valet could not find his car nor his keys. There is surveillance at the location.
8/6/13 at 7:30-10:15 p.m.
Victim valet-parked his car, but when he was about to leave the restaurant, valet could not find his keys. Victim had to have car towed from location.

Other Larceny, Mandarin Oriental Hotel at 3376 Peachtree Road NE
8/1/13 to 8/7/13
Suspect fraudulently used victim's credit card and racked up a $7,969.92 bill.
