Robbery-Pedestrian, Darlington Apartments at 2025 Peachtree Road NE
7/21-23/13 at 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
A man was removing items from his grey 2001 Chevy Trailblazer when two black men, no other description provided, offered to help and helped him move items to the sidewalk. The victim told him he wished he had a way to pay them, but didn't have a way to pay. The first suspect told him that he had a way to pay and produced a black pistol with barrel and told the victim to back away from the vehicle. The keys were in the ignition and both suspects jumped in and took off. The victim waited two days to report the incident when he got to work in DeKalb County because he did not have minutes on his phone and didn't want to ask to use one.
