Neighborhoods Plagued by Graffiti Vandalism

A graffiti vandal has been defacing property in several Buckhead neighborhoods.

Barbara Kennedy, Collier Hills representative to the Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods, told the group last week that the graffiti vandal, or vandals, has been active in Collier Hills, Peachtree Battle and West Paces/Northside. The perpetrator uses the handle Harme Cepes, she said.

Officer Ari Bleifield of the APD Graffiti Task force is invesgating the incidents, Kennedy said.

Bliefield was responsible for 29 arrest warrants being issued earlier this month for seven people responsible for more than 800 instances of vandalism throughout the city, the APD said.
