Crime Blotter: Another Pillowcase Home Burglary

Also: several lockers broken into at both L. A. Fitness locations in Buckhead.

The following police reports were filed Aug. 11-17 by Zone 2 of the Atlanta Police Department and submitted to Buckhead Patch. During this period, the zone filed 114 police reports. All information is presumed to be accurate. Buckhead Patch is providing some of the reports filed in this blotter.

Robbery-Pedestrian, 2100 block of Bolton Road NW
8/17/13 at 12:05 a.m.
Victim was hit with a gun and robbed.

Residential Burglary,  1200 block of Mackintosh Park NW
8/13/13, 12:04-4:20 a.m.
After victim returned home from being arrested, she found that someone had broken into her home.

Robbery-Pedestrian, 2300 Peachtree Road NW
8/11/13 at 2:30 a.m.
Victim reported that his cell phone after an African-American man, no other description provided, punched him in the face and left the scene. No witnesses.

Residential Burglary, 400 block of Woodward Way NW
8/11/13 at 5:42 p.m.
An unknown suspect smashed the glass on the door of the house and used a pillowcase from the home to steal jewelry and other items.

Other Larceny, LA Fitness at 3232 Peachtree Road
8/17/13 at 11:50 a.m.
Several lockers at the gym were broken into and personal items stolen. There is surveillance system on site.

Other Larceny, LA Fitness at 3535 Peachtree Road
8/17/13 at 11:29 p.m.
Victim reported that cash was stolen from the locker he placed his personal belongings in at LA Fitness. No video surveillance present.
