Man Robbed at Gunpoint at Collier Road Home

The man's wife was inside at the time of armed robbery and neither were injured.

A Buckhead couple had just returned home Tuesday night when two men robbed one of them at gunpoint.

Around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, the male victim was unloading the couple's car at their home at the 500 block of Collier Road when two male suspects approached him and ordered him to the ground at gunpoint. One male suspect pointed a silver revolver with a long barrel at the male victim's chest and the victim complied, according to a narrative of the incident from the Atlanta Police Department.

While one man pointed the gun at the victim's head, the other took a briefcase, legal documents, a credit card and cell phone from the victim's trunk, along with the man's gold wedding ring.
