Two Armed Men Rob Man in Lenox Road Shopping Center

Wednesday evening's alleged crime resulted in the victim having two handguns pointed at him before giving up his personal belongings.

Atlanta police say a man was robbed by two armed gunmen Wednesday evening in Buckhead.

According to Sgt. Greg Lyon, around 9:30 p.m., the  victim was in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 2700 block of Lenox Road when he was approached by a back male wearing a red hoodie covering his face.

In the report, the victim stated that the man had a back handgun and told the victim to “give it up.”

The man stated that he tried to run back toward a restaurant, but was cut off by another black male, who was described as wearing a gray hoodie pulled over his face.

At this point, with both suspects pointing their handguns at him, the victim gave them his wallet, cell phone and car keys.

The victim stated that the suspects fled the scene going south on Lenox Rd. in a newer model Ford Mustang either yellow or orange in color.
