Waffle House Cook Reportedly Shoots, Kills Customer in South Fulton

Shooting comes less than two weeks after an off-duty Griffin police officer working security at a Spalding County Waffle House was gunned down.

The restaurant employee involved in this morning’s fatal shooting has been identified as Quintavius Martin. The 25-year-old has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

He was at Fulton County Jail as of Friday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Adrian Mosley of Atlanta.

For the second time in less than two weeks, there has been a fatal shooting at an area Waffle House.

At around 4:30 a.m. Friday, a cook at a south Fulton County Waffle House allegedly shot and killed a customer following a verbal altercation.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the employee of the restaurant located on Fulton Industrial Boulevard at Shirley Drive, has been taken into custody.
