West Paces Ferry Chevron Held Up Thursday Morning

Buckhead convenience store was robbed by two men who made off with $500 in cash.

The Chevron convenience store at the corner of West Paces Ferry Road and Northside Parkway in Buckhead was the scene of an armed robbery early Thursday morning.

According to Atlanta Police Sgt. Greg Lyon, around 2:30 a.m., two men entered the store located at 3465 Northside Parkway. The clerk described them to police as black males, one wearing a red hoodie and the other a black hoodie, and both were wearing a black mask covering their face.

The suspect in the black hoodie pointed a black handgun at the clerk and demanded him to open the cash register. After the clerk complied, the man in the red hoodie reached in and took $500 in cash.
