Aaron's Joins Program to Hire Veterans

Buckhead-based company participates in "Operation Enduring Opportunity Georgia"

Buckhead-based Aaron's is particpating in an International Franchise Association program to hire 5,000 veterans in Georgia.

Company executives recently joined at the state Capitol with representatives of Firestorm and Foot Solutions to launch the campaign, "Operation Enduring Opportunity Georgia."

The campign is part of a national effort led by first lady Michelle Obama for businesses  to hire 100,000 veterans and military spouses by 2014.
