Buckhead Resident Named to City Ethics Board

Private Bank of Buckhead executive nominated by metro chamber

Buckhead resident Brent Adams, executive vice president and senior banking officer of the Private Bank of Buckhead, will serve a three-year term on the city of Atlanta Board of Ethics.

Adams was appointed to the board after his nomination by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, according to a news release.

The Board of Ethics is an independent, citizen-appointed board that works to ensure honesty, openness and integrity in city government by enforcing the city’s ethical standards of conduct. Nominees to the board undergo an extensive background check.

Adams leads Private Bank of Buckhead’s business development activities and is responsible for leadership of its community development efforts. He began his banking career with Bank South, and later worked for Wachovia, the Buckhead Bank and Riverside Bank. In addition to serving on the Board of Ethics, Adams is an active community leader in many other ways.
