The $435 million fiscal 2013 operating budget also maintains the current level of most bus and rail services, the Atalnta Business Chronicle reported.

While fares are not being increased, no merit or wage raises for employees were included either for the fifth year in a row.

You know, either make it more efficient, i. e., cut costs or raise fares to cover operating costs not cut. I can see what's gonna happen.......MARTA is planning for the TSPLOST vote to be passed so they can get their grubby little hands on some more of our money. MARTA and Hartsfield International Airport need to be sold to private enterprises.......most government entities are not capable of managing projects to make a profit or I should say produce a surplus for rainy days. MARTA is not SMARTA, never has been and I doubt it ever will be.

bulldogger, only time will tell. The TSPLOST vote is not a sure thing, although many may think it is.
