Buckhead Atlanta Leases 60% Retail So Far

Although the retailers have not yet been announced publicly, they are ones found in areas like Rodeo Drive and Madison Avenue.

Buckhead Atlanta, the billion dollar mixed-use development currently under construction, now has about 60 percent of its retail space leased.

According to BuckheadView, Buckhead Atlanta developer Oliver McMillan says the retailers secured for the luxury development are located in areas like Rodeo Drive, Michigan Avenue or Madison Avenue.

The only retailer publicly committed to the massive development is Hermes. No other retailers have been publicly announced.

According to Buckhead View, Buckhead Atlanta will have about 80 retailers total. Retail stores will first open in spring 2014 with the bulk of them opening in late 2014.
