Lenox Square to Get a Face-lift

Plans include interior and exterior renovations

Owners of the popular Lenox Square in Buckhead officially unveiled plans on Monday to renovate the interior and exterior of the mall.

Interior renovations will include an updated dining pavillion with new options, an outdoor patio and new ceiling treatments that allow more natural light. The mall’s Atrium Court will also be revamped.

The main Peachtree Road entrance will feature an iconic two-story glass storefront with a redesigned porte-cochere and enhanced valet services.

The exterior will also include new display windows, enhanced lighting, landscaping and hardscape treatments, a fountain element, and a roundabout drive designed to improve traffic flow.

"This renovation will be attractive to both current and prospective tenants and we’re already working on lease commitments with new specialty stores and restaurants in conjunction with the renovation plans," said John Phipps, Senior Vice President of Development for Simon Property Group.
