Of course, Mother Nature might have her say in the coming weeks as to when the 23-story 320-unit apartment building at the corner of West Peachtree and 12th streets will officially be ready. But whenever so, it will feature studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes topped by an amenity deck 230 feet above street level.

While SkyHouse Midtown will be welcoming tenants early next year, another Midtown apartment project partnership between Novare and Batson-Cook doesn’t look as if it will be ready until 2014.
When plans were revealed several months ago to build a 23-story 320-unit luxury apartment tower in Midtown called 100 6th Street, developers mentioned a possible 2013 delivery of the mixed-use that will stand behind the existing 36-story Viewpoint condo tower.
But there are still some “small design tweaks” to finalize as one observer close to the situation told Patch. Expect the project to break ground in early 2013 and if SkyHouse is a good example to go by, expect delivery about 12 months later.
And of course, not far away, Daniel Corporation and Selig Enterprises are in the process of delivering 77 12th, a 22-story, 330-unit apartment tower. It’s Phase III of the 12th and Midtown development.
The property is now pre-leasing apartment space with an initial opening of the sixth through ninth floors scheduled for May 2013 and the anticipated completion of remaining floors and clubhouse amenities by October 2013.
