Dr. Mike Bell is a Professor of Practice at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. Previously, Dr. Bell was the chief financial officer with the City of Atlanta and DeKalb County.  He explores tax reform possibilities for Fulton County in this free seminar. Among items to be discussed is the Homestead Option Sales Tax which the association believes will save property owners as much as 46 percent.
