Hail to the Chief

In honor of President George Washington and Abraham Lincoln’s birthdays, the Atlanta History Center explores the rich history of our great American presidents. This enriching program is designed with a full day of activities that bring history to life and are sure to engage the interests of everyone. Through interaction with living history interpreters, a variety of performances, and kid-friendly crafts, discover the “glorious burden” of the presidency, the personal lives, and even the Georgia connections of some of our Commanders-in-Chief.  Check out the full day of events.
