NAHS Principal Wants Students Ready for Workplace, World

Buckhead business leaders hear principal's vision for the school.

North Atlanta High School Principal Howard "Gene" Taylor told members of the Buckhead Business Association that his mission is for the school to become an urban model high school, according to a report by John Schaffner on his Buckhead View blog site.

Taylor was speaking at a Buckhead Business Association (BBA) breakfast meeting last Thursday. The BBA holds its breakfast meetings on Thursday mornings from 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m. at the City Club of Buckhead.

North Atlanta High is the most diverse school in Atlanta, and the only high school in the country that is in an eight-story classroom building, Taylor said.
