Private School Deadlines Loom for Buckhead Private School Students

Parents may have a difficult time getting their children enrolled in another private school. Tour dates and open houses in many cases already have begun, and application deadlines are almost here – or even past.

However, at least one private school is actively trying to recruit some applicants.

Buckhead Preparatory School's director, Vanessa Starling, said the school is ready for some students.

"We do have openings for elementary students," she said in an email today.

Buckhead Preparatory School is just down the street from the Heiskell School at 4300 Northside DR, Atlanta, GA. It is accepting applications for the 2014 school year.

An open house is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1, and Starling wants to invite the students and parents of The Heiskell School.
