4-Week PowerOUT TRX Camp - The American Boot Camp Company

This May marks the official launch of The American Boot Camp Company’s newest 4-week program: PowerOUT™ TRX® Training. Utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, this exclusively outdoor, results-driven and accountability-based training program is uniquely designed with a progressive format--each day and each week building on the last--that is guaranteed to “Make Your Body Your Machine®”.

Anyone, of any fitness level, looking to increase flexibility and mobility, improve overall athletic performance, prevent injuries, and get a more toned body or strengthen the crucially important core, will benefit from PowerOUT TRX. Highly-trained instructors lead 3 workouts per week, MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY @ 6AM, adding interval-based exercises and low-impact cardio to the TRX’s bodyweight-meets-gravity foundation. Each 45-minute workout, which includes a warmup and cooldown, begins with a “Move of the Day” and features specific sub-goals tied to the larger “core” goal.
