Mountain Way Conservation & Clean-Up Day

The North Buckhead neighborhood will be having its semi-annual Mountain Way Park Conservation and Clean-Up Day to clean-up what will soon be Buckhead's newest park.  Recently, this long-neglected 8 acres of green-space below the Georgia 400 overpass (on the south side of Mountain Way) has become a magnet for illegal dumping and has become overgrown with invasive plant species.

Please help pick up trash, clearing and mulching along the shoulder of Mountain Way and pulling invasive plants in several designated areas.

Please RSVP if you can help clean-up the park or would like to donate materials or expertise to the task.

Volunteers should wear long pants and bring gloves and pruners if you have them.  In addition, volunteers are needed who are willing to be trained as captains to supervise and direct the volunteers at the event.  Please consider donating your Saturday morning to help with this important initiative.

If you are unable to volunteer, please purchase a to help support the park.
