A Century of Atlanta Architecture: Rendering Atlanta presents more than a century of architectural design through detailed architectural renderings from the Atlanta History Center's collections beginning Wednesday, Oct. 23. A sample of colorful illustrations of Atlanta's homes, schools, churches and other notable buildings and landscapes will be on display, along with the tools used to create them. The free exhibition is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. 5 p.m. through February.
Neko Case in Concert: Buckhead Theatre hosts Neko Case with Karen Elson on Thursday, Oct. 24. Doors open at 7 p.m. Catch the American singer-songwriter before she heads on tour in Europe next month.
Time for Adults to Play: The Legoland Discovery Center plans an adults only night on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 7-9 p.m. Guests will have access to the Lego Factory Tour, Miniland, Kingdom Quest laser ride, Merlin’s Apprentice, the 4D Cinema and model building in addition to the café and Lego shop. Only guests 18 years and older will be permitted entry.
Family Fun at Fall Festival: Sarah Smith Elementary holds its annual fall festival for all of its students, families, alumni and neighbors on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The event will be at the primary campus at 370 Old Ivy Road. In addition to the usual activities such as crafts, face painting, inflatables, brain games and Tae Kwon Do, bungee jump, fortune teller, Kiddos Kreep Hall, food and a caricature artist will be on hand.
Halloween BOOnanza: A Social Mess presents Halloween BOOnanza Part IV. Come don your fabulous Miley Cyrus costume with 2,000 of your new best friends at the Buckhead Theatre from 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 to 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. A slew of DJs, bands, multiple rooms and lasers help set the mood.
