Thousands of Visitors to Attend Chastain Park Arts Festival

The two-day event is free – until you buy your favorite artist's work.

The Chastain Park Arts Festival will be held at Chastain Park located near the Chastain Park Amphitheater, the Horse Barn and Golf Course.

This two-day outdoor free event has an emphasis on the visual arts. Located in the largest public park in Fulton County, orgaizners have many different goals in mind:

  • Give back to the community through art;
  • Create a venue that emphasizes local and Georgian artists, so they have a show they can depend on in their own back yard;
  • Bring a festival to the folks in the northern part of Fulton county;
  • Create a festival for Artists by Artists, letting the artist have a voice in the creation and operations of the festival;
  • Create a show unlike any other in the City of Atlanta, bringing together outstanding local, regional and national artists.
