With its pioneering International Baccalaureate program and award-winning arts and business curriculum, North Atlanta High School strives to prepare students for the globally-connected society. Created by a merger of North Fulton and Northside high schools in 1991, North Atlanta has a diverse student population focused on high achievement. It has a strong college acceptance rate including Ivy League and top public schools. The school is divided into small learning communities, or academies: the Center for International Business, Entrepreneurship and Marketing; the Center for Global Broadcasting and Journalism; the Center for International Studies and the Center for the Arts.
