I've shopped at Tower for years and I've always been impressed with their service, but on Saturday afternoon they went above and beyond. I had stopped by to pick up some items for a party and when returning to my car, it would not start. I asked the manager if someone had jumper cables and he immediately found an associate named Gil, who quickly pulled his car around and went to work. Within 10 minutes he had me up and running. What an absolute delight! I will never shop anywhere but Tower. Thank you, Gil!!!
