Atlanta Holds Textile Recycling Event Thursday
America Recycles Day is Thursday. Find out events happening in and around Buckhead.
For one day only, the City of Atlanta will accept textile recycling from city employees and residents as part of America Recycles Day on Thursday. The City of Atlanta Department of Public Works will accept the following: Clothing, Shoes, Belts Bedding (sheets and pillowcases), Towels Stuffed Toys Carpet and Fabric Scraps Residents can drop off their items for recycling at the front entrance of Atlanta City Hall at 55 Trinity Ave. from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
