Arrests Made After Piedmont Road Burglary
Items stolen after the May 24 incident were recovered.
Two suspects were arrested by the Atlanta Police Department Thursday after a Piedmont Road residence was burglarized. APD dispatch gave out a burglary in progress call at 2115 Piedmont Rd #1309. The victim came home to find his door kicked open. Two suspects that were later arrested were allegedly inside the location going through his items. Both subject fled the location on foot. The homeowner chased the suspects, calling out for residents to call 911. Officer Mustapha and Officer Sauberan arrived at the location and took suspect Taim Gooding, 29, in custody in the corner of the ground level parking lot.
