Chef Ford Fry to Open New Buckhead Restaurant in Fall 2013

The chef-restauranteur continues to build his empire with a newly inked deal for a fifth restaurant, which will be one of two he plans to open in Buckhead in 2013.

  Chef Ford Fry, recently chosen by Food & Wine magazine as one of 10 chef-restauranteur empire builders of 2012, will open a new restaurant in Buckhead in the fall of 2013. The restaurant will be the fifth in Fry's empire, which includes award-winning The Optimist, JCT. Kitchen & Bar and No. 246. He is currently working on his fourth restaurant, colonial American-focused King + Duke, to open in March in the former Nava restaurant space at 3060 Peachtree Road in One Buckhead Plaza. Fry signed a lease to open the new restaurant in The Pinnacle Building, at the corner of Peachtree and Lenox Roads, formerly occupied by the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s Bluepointe restaurant.
