A man, who was at Phipps Plaza to work on the shopping center's sprinkler system, was rescued today after getting his foot caught in one of the parking deck escalators. According to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the man was carrying a ladder up the escalator when it slipped and created a wedge in the stairs of the escalator which is where the man's right foot became stuck.
