Garden Hills Elementary Appoints New Principal

Garden Hills students and parents received word last week that Tommy Usher, their interim principal, has dropped the 'interim' from his title.

Garden Hills Elementary School, which serves the Buckhead neighborhoods including Garden Hills, Peachtree Park, Peachtree Heights and Lindridge/Martin Manor, recently announced that Tommy Usher is its newly appointed full-time principal. According to the announcement on the Garden Hills Elementary website, the school family is "thrilled to have him as our permanent principal and look forward to continuing the great work he has started with the Garden Hills Elementary School teaching staff."  Usher was appointed the permanent principal in January.
