Restoration Hardware Signs Lease for ESPN Zone Space

Change marks strategy shift.

Restoration Hardware will build a flagship store in the former ESPN Zone site at 3030 Peachtree Road. The lease agreement underscores the shift in vision that Atlanta businessman Peter Blum has for the property, which had been a core part of Buckhead's party district image of the late 1990s and early 2000s. Loudermilk Bell buys Harry Norman Building

The purchase is the latest move for Loudermilk Bell, which has ambitious redevelopment plans in Buckhead.

  Loudermilk Bell has purchased the building on East Paces Ferry Road that is now home to the sales office of Harry Norman Realtors, according to a news release. The 31,208 square foot office building is in the Buckhead Village market of Atlanta. Loudermilk Bell has extended the lease by ten years to allow Harry Norman, the sole tenant, to remain in the building.
