Willy’s Mexicana Grill helped athletes refuel between games in the “Shepherd Shoot-Out,” an annual six-team basketball tournament for wheelchair athletes hosted by the Shepherd Center Nov. 2-4. Willy’s “Truck on a Mission,” helps spread goodwill by bringing the Willy’s food truck to give out free food at select community events.

From Patch Staff Reports Free burritos for a year. Pace Academy alum and SCAD senior Sarah Butler won that perk along with $250 for taking first place in Willy's Mexicana Grill's T-shirt design contest, according to a news release from Pace. The 2011 commemorative T-shirt marks Willy's new food truck and its 16th anniversary in July. The first Willy's opened in Buckhead's Roswell-Wieuca Shopping Center. Butler is pursuing a double major at SCAD in fashion and graphic design, the Pace announcement said. She began a 10-week internship with Target on June 13.
