Be Kind: It's World Kindness Day!
It doesn't take much to be kind, so today, be intentional and generous with your kindness.
It doesn't take much to be kind. In fact, it may take more to be rude or unfriendly. Today is World Kindness Day, a day to intentionally do good. World Kindness Day is the kickoff for a weeklong celebration of passing along kindness to your fellow man. Some say it began in the mid-1990s with The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, while others say it began at the general assembly of the World Kindness Movement. Being kind can be as simple as holding the door for someone who has her arms full. Maybe it's purchasing the coffee for the person behind you in line at Caribou or at Cafe Jonah.
