International Association of Firefighters Honor Rep. Lindsey
Lindsey was honored with the IAF Champions Award, given to civic leaders who most contribute to helping the organization achieve its mission.
State Rep. Edward Lindsey (R-Atlanta) recently received the “Champions Award” from the International Association of Firefighters (IAF). “I am very humbled to receive the IAF Champions Award,” said Lindsey. “Firefighters are the cornerstone of public service, and every elected official should strive to be their champion. I will continue to do all that I can to ensure all firefighters have the support they need to continue their vital service for the people of the state of Georgia.” IAF’s Champions Award is given to the civic leader who, through advocacy and support, most contributed to helping that organization achieve its mission to protect and advance the interests of Atlanta’s firefighters.
