Patricia Templeton

About Patricia

The Rev. Patricia Templeton has been rector of St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church on Garmon Road in Buckhead since August 2004. She grew up in Atlanta, graduating from Ridgeview High School in Sandy Springs. She majored in journalism at the University of Georgia, where she was editor of the daily student newspaper, The Red and Black. Tricia served three years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand and worked on newspapers in Greenville, S.C. and Nashville before entering seminary at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn. She has served churches in Knoxville and Chattanooga and worked as a hospice chaplain. Tricia is married to Joe Monti, retired professor of Christian ethics at the seminary at Sewanee. They have a son, Joseph Henry, who is a rising fifth grader at Holy Innocents Episcopal School. For more information about St. Dunstan's, check out our website at www.stdunstan.net.

Hi Patricia,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people.
