Progress in the construction of Crescent Terminus, a $67 million mixed-use community that will be the first apartment-living option in Buckhead’s Terminus master development.
Crescent Resources broke ground on the project in March, and it is scheduled for completion in spring 2014.
The 355-unit apartment development located within the Terminus complex at the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont roads. Circle Terminus will consist of three separate buildings which each have three levels of parking topped with five stories of apartments. Lord Aeck & Sargent of Atlanta is the project architect and Crescent Resources LLC is the site's developer.
