A new snazzy, modern hotel is coming to Buckhead, right next door to Phipps Plaza.
Simon Property Group Inc., which manages Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, plans to build an Aloft Hotel on its 1.7 acres near the intersection of Peachtree and Wieuca roads, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Currently, developers are working to secure a loan for construction of the project, ABC reports.
