CHRIST’S
BIRTH TO BE CELEBRATED DURING A MYRIAD OF INSPIRATIONAL CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES

Atlanta, GA – The holiday season will come to a glorious and reverend
climax with a full schedule of seven Christmas Eve services being held at
Peachtree Presbyterian Church located at 3434 Roswell Road NW in Atlanta’s
Buckhead area. The description and time of each service is as follows:

10am Young Families Service, Main Sanctuary

Justin Anderson, one of Atlanta’s premier
young actors / directors, brings us a delightfully crazy version of the
Christmas story, in a special service designed especially for young children. Sing
familiar carols and participate in the great story of Jesus’ birth as it comes
alive before your family. Visit the nativity animals on the front lawn before
or after the service.

See the little town of Bethlehem come alive through drama, traditional carols,
and the telling of Jesus’ birth. Join the angels, shepherds, and wise men as we
worship the baby Jesus. Enjoy the live animals on the front lawn before or
after the service.

4pm – Family
Candlelight Service, Main Sanctuary

Experience the drama, carols and story as presented in the 2pm service followed
by candle lighting with our pastor, Vic Pentz. Live nativity animals will
appear on the front lawn before or after the service.

6, 8 and 10pm –
Traditional Candlelight Services, Main Sanctuary

The majesty of music and the message of Jesus’ birth fill these candlelight
services. The Chancel Choir, accompanied by a brass ensemble consisting of
several members of the Atlanta Symphony, will lead us in our celebration on
this Holy Night.

These evening services will feature the premiere of a newly
commissioned “Peachtree Gloria” for choir and organ composed by Simon Johnson,
an internationally recognized British composer and principal organist for St.
Paul’s Cathedral, London.

Senior Pastor Vic Pentz’s inspiring meditation will be followed by
candle lighting as we worship the baby Jesus, the Light of the World.
