Embagga Means Party

Love music? Love Africa? Imba Means Sing is an upcoming cultural documentary by the former CNN producer, Erin Levin. It follows the journey of 20 Ugandan children from the slums of Uganda to the United States, Canada, the U.K and back again, performing as the Grammy-nominated African Children’s Choir. The audience is taken on the journey, experiencing the joy, wonder, homesickness and longing for a better life—right along with the kids. Through this choir, they will get access to education, food, and better provision for their families.

Imba Means Sing highlights the issue of the global education crisis and explores it through the themes of the power of music and dignity across cultures. These extraordinary kids are ambassadors of Africa’s children to the world. There is hope, dignity and potential in each one of them, uniquely.

Within this documentary, there will be huge concert event called Embagga Means Party where the children will do a concert with local artists such as ATL COLLECTIVE as well as CHRIS CAULEY from THE VOICE!  These kids have sung with many artists such as JOHN LEGEND, ELTON JOHN etc.
