Buckhead Wreck Traps Police Officer
The officer was trapped inside a vehicle following the accident and had to be extracted from it.
An Atlanta police officer is at Grady Memorial Hospital after being involved in an accident in Buckhead Monday morning.
According to 11 Alive News, the officer was trapped inside a vehicle following the accident at Piedmont and East Paces Ferry roads, which is near the Buckhead Diner. The accident occurred at approximately 6 a.m.
Southbound lanes of East Paces Ferry road were closed due to the accident, but have been re-opened.
