More car break-ins were reported in Buckhead, with another apartment complex struck overnight.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said that officers at about 6:30 a.m. responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle at 3432 Piedmont Road. The newspaper reported that 16 vehicles were broken into at the site, with electronic items, jewelry and a handgun among items taken.
