Mayor calls Sept. 26 meeting on Civil War attraction's future
The Cyclorama painting of the Civil War Battle of Atlanta could possibly be moved to the Atlanta History Center, columnist Maria Saporta says in a recent Saporta Report.
Along with the, other possibilities are moving the Cyclorama from its longtime location in Grant Park to downtown or leaving it where it is, she says. Mayor Kasim Reed has called a meeting for Sept. 26 on the Cyclorama's future, according to the report.
