Loudermilk to Receive Four Pillar Award Thursday Night

Buckhead business leader to be honored with special tribute

Buckhead business legend will receive the prestigious Thursday night from the Council for Quality Growth.

Paying tribute to Loudermilk, the founder of Aaron's Inc. and an outstanding philanthropist, will be four speakers addressing the "four pillars" of leadership and success: quality, responsibility, vision and integrity. In honor of Loudermilk, the evenings theme will be "work hard, dream big."

The speakers are famed Atlanta architect John Portman, former Atlanta Mayor Andrew Young, Atlanta Braves President John Schuerholz and Herman Russell, Chairman of HJ Russell & Co.

The tribute at the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Ballroom (Building C) begins at 6 p.m. with a reception. The dinner will be at 7:30 p.m., with the tribute at 8:15 p.m., according to a news release from the Council for Quality Growth.
